This will be a slow and gentle flow yoga class with Studio O-Y-O, Emily West, LMT, CYT that follows a basic sequence of poses, breath-work, mindful movements, visualization and meditation. The class is designed to energize, increase focus, strength and mobility with a feeling of ease and peace in the body and mind. It is suitable for beginners yet still appropriate for the more seasoned yoga student.
Please bring your own yoga mat and a beach towel (for the morning dew).
